1. Layout design. Design the layout according to the product box type and size of the customer customization requirements. During the period, we communicate with customers and design colors according to the content, color and specific needs of customer products. Generally, it takes about 2 days from design to customer finalization.
2. Order and cut the paper separately, after confirming the design draft, order the appropriate size of paper from the paper factory according to the size of the customer box, because ready-made paper generally has only two fixed dimensions:(1194889mm international standard) and (1092787mm Chinese standard). To use both fixed size paper may not fit to your box in many times, It will cause you to lose a lot of leftover material, This adds a lot of cost to the customers, Therefore, the packaging factory is basically placing the order according to the final confirmed box size to the paper factory, Let the paper mill cuts and produce the most suitable size, Thus maximizing the cost savings, The paper mill received orders to start producing split-cut paper, It usually takes 2-3 days to cut the paper separately and then send it to the packaging factory.
3. Plate-making printing process is very important, because the process directly affects the product integrity, now the technology has improved a lot, most manufacturers are using digital machine CTP version, make printing need to be carefully checked, to ensure that correct, printing once wrong, after printing will all problems, printing needs to be placed in the shade and light preservation, waiting for the printing press printing.
4. Printing. Makers should pay attention to the same color and design pattern color data during printing, the most taboo color differences, ink points, rotten board these will affect the beauty of the box. Gift box of a variety of colors, each customer's box color difference is too big and need to be adjust printing color, adjusting color order to ink slot, ink, stick, need a long time will increase the cost, so printing according to ink color to adjust the order of printing, not printing, to wait with other appropriate color box printing, printing generally takes about 2 days.
5. Surface treatment of the packaging box printing face. The surface paper of the gift box should be done surface treatment process, common is covered film (subfilm and light film), UV, light oil, matte oil, gold, stereo UV, Anti-scratch oil three-dimensional gold stamping, embossing, embossing and convex and so on. The more the surface treatment process, the longer it takes, the general surface treatment process takes about 2-3 days.
6. Paper mounting process. Gift box usually after the printed surface process processing, will be framed corrugated paper or mounting paper, cardboard process, framed corrugated paper is through mounting machine to mount paper and corrugated paper with glue together, glue concentration should be controlled, otherwise there will be peeling phenomenon, to mount about 1 day waiting for the production of the glue drying to the next process.
